9% if we handle mortgage payments, property taxes, and hold security deposits.

50% of one month’s rent.

Includes raising rent without the need for a new lease.

Maintenance Fees

No maintenance markup.
Most maintenance is handled in-house to keep costs low. Project management fees may be applied to big renovations depending on the situation and would be discussed with the owner.

Onboarding Fee

No onboarding fee for properties with 10 units or less.
